Our clients existing HR function is not efficient and not able to sufficiently provide the required capabilities. Hence the HR function has a lot of improvement areas where technology can be applied to enhance function. The focus is on digitation and automation of manual processes, consolidation of a fragmented system landscapes, and the adoption of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
As a part of Newground alliance, we are active within the transformation program together with our peer companies, each contributing within its specific area of expertise. This is a great example of the benefits of our coalition, where each peer company provides deep expert knowledge while simultaneously collaborating to provide an integrated delivery to our customers. In this project we are providing enterprise architecture, solution architecture and technology leads. We are responsible for driving the implementation of the workforce management system, and to ensure that all integrations and data needs are met.
